Local Project - Food Operation Licensure Laws

Food operations licensure laws are enacted to establish standards that food preparation and service businesses must follow. These laws protect health through ensuring food is prepared safely, restaurants or other retail food establishments are inspected regularly, and that workers in these establishments understand and follow food safety protocols.
